2. What data we process
When you book a trip, we process the following data:
- Contact details: name, email and telephone.
- Booking details: date, time and number of adults and children.
- Payment data: handled directly by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
- IP address: processed for security purposes and to manage geographical access control to the service.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To manage your booking and payment — legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To send you confirmations, the ticket and notices about your trip (including weather notices) — performance of the contract.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting) — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Service security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
The emails we send you are transactional (relating to your booking); we do not send commercial communications without your prior consent.
4. Retention periods
We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and, thereafter, for the periods legally required (in particular, the applicable tax and commercial periods relating to invoicing). Once those periods have elapsed, the data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Recipients
To provide the service, your data may be processed by:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Hosting provider — infrastructure on which the platform is hosted.
- Email provider — sending the communications relating to your booking.
- Grupo Innova — provider of the booking platform.
These providers process the data on behalf of the controller under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR).
6. International transfers
Payment processing through Stripe may involve the transfer of data to the United States. Such transfers are carried out with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and applicable adequacy frameworks).
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@nouraco.com or to the Group's Data Protection Officer at legales@innovacorp.es. If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
