1. Purpose and identification
These terms govern the online booking of the boat trips on l'Albufera de València offered under the brand Nou Racó, provided by PINTOR SOROLLA BUILDING CENTER, S.L. (Tax ID B98795024), with registered address at Ctra. del Palmar, núm. 21, 46012 El Palmar (València).
2. Price and purchase process
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. The total amount, broken down by number of persons and, where applicable, any supplements, is shown before payment is confirmed.
To book, choose the date, time and number of persons, provide your contact details, accept these terms and make payment through the secure Stripe gateway. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive by email the confirmation and the ticket with the QR code, which constitute proof of your booking on a durable medium.
3. Cancellation and refund
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to a set period before the trip, receiving a full refund automatically to the same payment card. The exact period and the conditions applicable after that point (cancellation not available online, partial refund or no refund) are clearly indicated during the booking and cancellation process.

4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103.l) of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007), the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to leisure services and recreational activities provided on a specific date or period. Your booking is therefore subject to the cancellation policy set out in the previous section and not to the general right of withdrawal.
5. Weather and force majeure
The activity takes place outdoors and on the water. If, owing to adverse weather conditions or events of force majeure, the trip cannot be carried out safely, we will notify you and you may choose to reschedule the date or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
6. Safety on board and liability
Passenger safety is paramount. By taking part, you undertake to:
- Follow the boatman's instructions at all times.
- Use the safety equipment provided.
- Arrive punctually at the jetty; failure to attend at the booked time is treated as a cancellation with no refund.
- Report before boarding any circumstance relevant to safety (mobility difficulties, pregnancy, etc.).
Minors must always be accompanied and remain under the responsibility of the adult who makes the booking. PINTOR SOROLLA BUILDING CENTER, S.L. accepts no liability for damage arising from any breach of these safety rules or of the staff's instructions.
7. Bookings involving minors
The booking must be made by a person of legal age, who assumes responsibility for all participants included in it, including minors.

Payment issues: if you have made payment and do not receive the confirmation, contact us through any of these channels. Any refunds due are made automatically to the same card used for payment, through Stripe.
We will deal with your request as soon as possible. PINTOR SOROLLA BUILDING CENTER, S.L. also keeps official complaint forms available to consumers at the establishment.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law and by the applicable consumer and user protection legislation.
