3. Why we do not show a cookie banner
Under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), strictly necessary technical and preference cookies are exempt from the requirement to obtain consent. As this website does not install analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, a consent banner is not required.
Should we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we would update this policy and implement a prior-consent system.
4. Payments and third-party services
Payment is made through the secure Stripe gateway. When you click to pay, you are redirected to its environment, where Stripe may install its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's cookie and privacy policy, which is independent of this site.
